Your contribution enables ACADEMY OF FRIENDS to distribute money to community-based nonprofit organizations and charities that provide vital services to those living with HIV/AIDS.

Methods of Contribution
EXTENDED GIVING PROGRAM
For donations of $1500 or more, ACADEMY OF FRIENDS is pleased to offer the convenience of an extended giving plan, which enables you to divide your pledge into equal monthly installments charged to your credit card. From the time you sign up - through May 15, 2009, we'll divide your pledge into equal payments charged during the week of the 15th of each month. It's easy!
CORPORATE MATCHING GIFTS
Increase your support!
Many corporations and small businesses will match donations their employees make to nonprofit organizations. Ask your employer if matching gifts are available and include your employer's matching gift form with your gift.
STOCK
If you own publicly traded stock it may be advantageous for you to make a stock contribution instead of cash contribution. A gift of appreciated stock generally provides you a two-fold tax advantage. First, you avoid paying capital gains tax on the increase in the value of the stock. Second, you receive a federal income tax deduction for the full fair market value of the stock at the time of the gift. Contact your accountant, attorney or tax advisor for assistance regarding stock gifts you may be considering to donate to ACADEMY OF FRIENDS.
BEQUESTS OR PLANNED GIFT
You can designate ACADEMY OF FRIENDS as a beneficiary of your estate. Bequests may include a variety of assets - cash, securities, real estate and other property. To ensure that your exact intentions are carried out, your estate planning documents should be prepared by, and with the advice of, your attorney.
DONATE YOUR VEHICLE
